Kelly is the current head coach for the boys team at Monona Grove High School and an eighth grade science teacher at Glacier Creek Middle School in Cross Plains. Kelly has 18 years of swim team coaching experience.  She started with the YMCA Swim Team and after graduating Elmhurst College she started coaching the Dunlap High School teams and their club the Dunlap Dolphins near her home town of Peoria, Illinois. After moving to Madison in 2011 she starting coaching the MG Boys Swim team, the MG Girls Swim (3 years) and the Monona Magicians.  She is happily married to her husband Alex (aka the Lion) Chadesh and recently had twins Brynn & Logan.
